Welcome to Spice Rack Chocolates! We are trying to change the way the world eats chocolate. We produce solid 54% cacao dark chocolates infused with herbs and spices. Each of our chocolates is a layered experience designed with an initial upfront flavor, pure chocolate in the middle and then a residual flavor lingering on the palate. We currently produce 24 different flavor combinations of these specialty chocolates. All of our chocolates are hand-molded and hand-painted with colored cocoa butter so no two chocolates are the same. Each of our 9 to 11 gram pieces of solid chocolate are full of antioxidants and flavanols. There is no milk in our chocolates. We are Vegan, Vegetarian, and lactose friendly. Started in 2006, Paul and Mary Schellhammer set out to challenge the market with their exciting and unique flavors. Grapefruit and Lavender, Mango and Black Pepper, Lemon and Basil and Smoked Sea Salt and White Pepper are just a few of the 24 amazing flavors they have created. During the last 2 years they have picked up several prestigious awards for these little masterpieces. Not only are they made from high quality dark chocolate and all natural ingredients, they are also lactose- and gluten-free, as well as vegan certified.
