Q: What is the proper way to store chocolate?
A: Chocolate is best stored at cool room temperatures (60-70°F), well wrapped to keep moisture out, and away from highly scented foods or aromatic products that might be absorbed by the chocolate. Chocolate is a stable product that does not require refrigeration. Ideally, it should not be refrigerated as this will change the appearance of the chocolate. Specifically, the condensation that forms when it is taken from the refrigerator will cause sugar bloom on the chocolate's surface.

A: No, pure chocolate needs no additives or preservatives, so we do not use any.
Q: Do your chocolate products contain nuts?
A: Our chocolates are free of peanuts and other nuts.
Q: Are your chocolates made in a peanut-free environment?
A: No, while our chocolates do not contain nuts, there may be peanuts present in our facility.

A: The emulsifier in our products are derived from only vegetable sources.
Q: I didn't eat the whole box when I opened my chocolates, now some of my chocolates are dull in color. Why did this happen is the chocolate still good to eat?
A: This is called " Bloom" it happens when the cocoa butter from within the chocolate that rises to the surface, it can happen if the chocolate is not stored out of light. While it is not as pretty to look at, it is completely safe and will taste the same when you eat it .

A: The shelf life of chocolates depends on the conditions under which they are stored. The usual shelf life of our chocolates is six months but it may continue to taste delicious even longer than that.
