Red—Tangy Grapefruit and Lavender. The tangy grapefruit balances perfectly with smooth lavender on the finish. We grind the lavender while it’s in the bud state to enhance the smooth finish. This award-winning flavor just might become your favorite!
Purple—Island Mango and Cracked Black Pepper. With the taste of fresh mango, this fruity chocolate blends well with the cracked black pepper. You may Even find a peppercorn or two lingering on your tongue!
Yellow—Tropical Pineapple and Ground Ginger. Most people wouldn’t think pineapple and chocolate would be a good combination, but when you add ginger something magical happens in your mouth. Unlike our other layered chocolates, this one is just one smooth blend of flavors throughout.
Green—Fresh Apple and Coriander. We paired the tart taste of green apple with freshly ground coriander for a perfect match. The green apple aroma will make you think you’ve visited the orchard itself.
Peach—Sweet Peach and Dill. One of our most unusual combinations, but also one of our best. The fresh peach flavor pairs exceptionally well with dill. When you try this chocolate you may just think of dill in a whole new light.
Ingredients: Semisweet chocolate [(chocolate liquor, sugar, cocoa butter), soy lecithin (a vegetable-based emulsifier), and natural vanilla], natural grapefruit oil, organic coconut and olive oils with organic and natural flavorings, ground black peppercorns, ginger, dill, lavender, coriander, certified organic cocoa butter and natural colors.
Shelf stable 6 months.
