PLEASE NOTE Warm Weather shipping is in effect. Unlike most other chocolate companies who charge anywhere from $5.00-$15.00 during the warm months. We only charge a surcharge of $3.00 for our environmentally friendly insulated shipping packs. This is added to each order as a handling fee at checkout.
Spice Rack Chocolates ships chocolate year-round to our customers. We ship everything standard USPS with delivery times ranging from 1-3 days Overnight delivery is available Monday-Friday . If you require a Saturday delivery, please telephone us. Saturday delivery rates will apply).
All orders are shipped "Delivery Confirmation" which means the recipient must be available to sign for the package at delivery. We are not responsible if the recipient has a signature release waiver on file and the package is lost after delivery.
Return policy: If you are unsatisfied with the chocolates for any reason, simply return them in their original packaging and we will gladly refund the cost of chocolates. The return policy does not apply to wedding favors, as they are a custom-made order.
If you purchased our product at one of your local retailers, the chocolates are subject to the retailer's return policy. We cannot honor our return policy for these chocolates as we cannot verify the condition under which the chocolates have been maintained
