My name is Amy and I used to work for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and managed the Light The Night Walk in Fredericksburg. On the planning committee was Lisa Barnett, owner of Dream Dinners. She gave me wrapped chocolates that we sooo good. I promptly ate them, forgot the name of the company that made them (because they had Dream Dinners ribbons on them), and have been trying to remember ever since.
No longer work with LLS, but work for another non-profit that also has a walk in Fredericksburg. I'm having to still have the chance to travel to F'burg.
Flash forward to yesterday. I drove to Farmville to visit my 3rd year college student, Nathan. I love to visit him, but don't spend a lot of time in his apartment. It's gross. But even after a long lunch and a trip to Wal-Mart, I wasn't ready to say goodbye to him. I did end up going up to his apartment. I fought the urge to scrub the top of the stove and move beer caps off the floor and only six more inches to the garbage can.
Where am I going with all this?
Looking at the pizza boxes, socks, candy wrappers, and Spanish tests covered in red ink, I saw a pretty ribbon that said, "Spice Rack Chocolates". I went digging through all the crap on the floor and came up with it and said, to four boys playing X Box, "Where did this come from?"
And they all stopped playing and Buzzy said, "Oh, yo, man! That stuff is killer! My mom went to this chocolate show or something and she brought that back and it was so good!"
My slob, Nathan, said that he had some with chilies and that it was the best chocolate he has ever had. I told the story about me loving it, too, and wishing I had more.
Nathan's birthday is on April 2. I would really love to order him some chocolate. Can I do that?
I do still get to Fredericksburg occasionally.
It would make him very happy.
Appreciate your help!
Amy

Dear Spice Rack Chocolates,
I was given the most wonderful gift for Christmas this year - a box of Spice Rack Chocolates. My friend t, and she's been saving this box for months to give me as a holiday gift.
I flipped over all the five flavors, but I most adored the smoked black pepper and cayenne, and I'm not even a "hot" lover.
Now I'm ordering my first gift box for my friend Karen Work in DC, who is a chocolate lover, and a fruit and spice lover. This is going to make a very splendid birthday gift for you.
Just ordered one box on line Thanks!
And thank you so much for doing what you do. Do you sell anywhere in MA? I highly recommend connecting Wellesley, MA. They do a huge holiday (any holiday) display with many specialty items, and I can see your chocolates right there.
Thanks!
Nancy
I purchased some of your delicious chocolates at the Virginia wine festival and would love some more! When can I get them?
Thanks,
MaryJo
